Lionel Messi: The Great For Of All time

Lionel Messi
This season the forward scored in 19 consecutive La Liga games, becoming the first footballer in history to net in consecutive matches against every team in the league.
There is no question that Messi deservedly boasts the name of the world's best player, but is he truly the greatest in history?
We take a look at which players can possibly challenge Messi as the 'greatest of all time'.
Pele was a formidable player in his time, scoring over 1000 goals in his career. He won the World Cup three times with Brazil, the first in 1958 at the staggering age of just 17, the forward sent shockwaves through the world of football with his remarkable talent.
Messi on the other hand is yet to lift any trophy of significance on the international stage and many critics will argue that until he lights up a World Cup, he can be never regarded as the greatest.
However, Messi has performed at the top level of club football and with Pele's failure to feature in Europe, other critics claim that in not doing so he, in turn, cannot be the best.
Messi is often viewed by our next contender as his successor; Diego Maradona. The charismatic star was undoubtedly one of the finest players to grace the game.
His unique skill and mastery with the ball help hail him amongst the best. The former Argentina manager scored what by many describe as the best goal of all time against England at the 1986 World Cup. He also won the World Cup and famously inspired a 'small time' Napoli to a league win.
Yet despite all of his accolades, Maradona's off-field exploits helped limit his playing career and simultaneously tarnished it. Most notably when he banned for use of cocaine in 1991.
Johan Cruyff is our third nomination, the outspoken Dutchman was a glorious player throughout his playing career. The former Ajax legend is viewed by many as the catalyst of Barcelona's recent success and unique playing style, Cruyff was inspirational in changing the whole ethos at the Catalan club, a platform that Messi has certainly taken advantage of.
Despite not winning the World Cup like Messi, Cruyff was very much the spearhead of the famous Ajax and Holland sides of the 1970s. His idea of 'total football', attacking style helped transform the game and his footballing ability certainly reflected his philosophies.
Cruyff was voted European footballer of the century as a result of his achievements.
The turn of the century was Zinedine Zidane's era. The Frenchman's grace and manipulation of the ball was really a thing of beauty, so easy on the eye but effective at the same time. Zizou famously scored the winning goals in the 1998 World Cup final against favourites Brazil.
He went on to net what many regard as the best goal scored in a Champions League final during his spell at Real Madrid. But Zidane's superiority soon came to an end, his shameful head-butt on Italy's Marco Materazzi in the 2006 World Cup final was his final act as a professional and did, to a degree, blight his career, costing his country the trophy.
Then came the emergence of the man nicknamed the 'little flea' by the Barcelona faithful. Messi has provided his audience with some superhuman displays, still so young and breaking records left, right and centre, and if he is able to replicate his club performances on the international stage then surely no one can dispute that little Lionel is the best of all time?
Don’t mind for every football fan. Messi Is the great footballer if you it easily or not, Please sent us your command.

Lionel Messi vs.Cristiano Ronaldo: The Difficult Complete Comparison

Hello Every Body, Do you know who is the best: Messi 0r Ronaldo?
If you are a Messi fan No problem and if you are a Ronaldo fan That's no problem. However You can see or get some good compression.
Lionel Messi vs.Cristiano Ronaldo
Lionel Messi and Cristiano  Ronaldo are well established as the two premier players of the current generation. The battle between supporters of the pair, however, to determine who is the greatest can be at times vitriolic and intense, fueled by the clubs that the Argentine and the Portugal star represent.
Messi and Ronaldo are the figureheads of Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively, and the comparison between the two is far too often used as just another battleground to continue this most hateful and historical of rivalries.
Over years the players in question have adopted various ways of dealing with the constant competition, renewed every year in La Liga and a variety of tournaments. Messi has many times attempted to play down the rivalry on a personal level between the two, recently heaping praise on the Los Merengues sharpshooter in an interview with Time Magazine

I think he's a good person. I think he's a good player, who brings a lot to Madrid, and who, in any moment, can decide a game.
I don't think [there is a rivalry]. I never really fixated on him or compared myself with another player. My mentality is just to achieve more each year, to grow both as an individual and as a team, and if he wasn't there, I'd be doing the same thing.
Ronaldo, on the other handperhaps inevitably given his more bombastic media presence in comparison with the more retiring Messihas raised the subject of who is the more complete footballer on certain occasions. Talking to CNN in 2012, the Madrid man may have only been half joking when he gave his answer to the question: who is the best
At the moment ... I think it is me (laughs).
You cannot compare a Ferrari with a Porsche because it's a different engine. You cannot compare them. He does the best things for Barcelona, I do the best things for Madrid.
I think we push each other sometimes in the competition, this is why the competition is so high. This is why Madrid and Barcelona are the best teams in the world because everyone pushes each other, not just me and Messi but other players.

But who truly deserves to be recognised as the most talented player on the planet? Looking over every aspect of each star's game, the truth is, at times it is almost too close to call.

Goalscoring Ability
Since the appearance of Messi and Ronaldo on the scene, La Liga's Pichichi trophy for top scorer has only been about two players. Perhaps driven on, as Ronaldo alludes to, by the need to make both themselves and their team evermore formidable, the two stars have taken hitting the back of the net to new, almost unimaginable levels.

The numbers barely separate them. Messi has netted 315 goals in 381 games for Barcelona, since making his debut back in the 2004/05 season. Ronaldo averages a perfect one per game in Merengue ranks, with 201 in 201.
This would appear to give the Portuguese a slight edge, but take into account that Messi's total includes the first four seasons of his professional career, when even as a precocious teenager he was still learning his trade.
This was a phase also experienced by his rival, who was in his sixth year as a professional when first recording a goal every two games in league football.
Ronaldo is the consummate poacher in front of goal and strong enough to make him a fearsome prospect for any defence. Messi's ability to score from across the pitch, however, and coolness in defining shots, means that he comes out as the best goalscorer in this analysis.
Verdict: Messi.

Physical attributes
Ronaldo began life in football as a lanky teenager often thrown off the ball, but he began an incredible metamorphosis in his time at Manchester United. At 6'1" and with an imposing presence, he blends pace and power to mark himself as one of the most perfect physical specimens in world football.

The Rosario native, too, had to battle to make the grade. Diagnosed at 11 with a growth hormone deficiency, it is unlikely that Messi could have become the player he is today if Barcelona had not spotted his potential and promised him the medication that neither hometown club Newell's Old Boys nor local giants River Plate could afford.
The diminutive forward (at 5'7") has the mark of Diego Maradona in his game: a low centre of gravity and a strong core that allows him to shrug off challenges from even the toughest of defenders. There is no doubt, though, that in purely physical terms, he trails his towering rival.
Verdict: Ronaldo.

Talent on the ball
Watching grainy images of the teenage Sporting wonderkid on his way to Manchester United back in 2003, those far off days before YouTube served as a highlight reel for any young player in the world, was illuminating. Ronaldo appeared equipped with fearsome dribbling skills which, allied to his pace, made him a prospect to watch very closely indeed.
In truth, however, the striker was never a Ronaldinho or a Maradona (or indeed, a Messi) with the ball at his feet. It was only when the stepovers, lollipops and attempted dribbles followed by theatrical dives were cut out of his game that he really became one of the best in the world.
In contrast, Messi's game is inextricably linked with his skills on the ball, as is common with so many young Argentines who learn their trade jinking on potholed wasteland and quiet suburban streets.
The Barcelona man never uses his dribbling abilities when there is no need; a quick flick here, a lightning turn there and suddenly he is clean through on goal. This talent for dribbling, and most importantly the foresight to know when to use it best, puts him ahead of CR7.
Verdict: Messi.

Team play
A man blessed with all the electrifying talent that the great Diego Maradona had, but without the ego or God complex that went with it; Messi is really something special in the world of football. The soft-spoken star does not court headlines, and this is what makes him such an asset for both Barcelona and Argentina.
For this reason, Messi provides almost as many assists as he does goals, working brilliantly with the likes of Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta to form football's most formidable trio. Those qualities, plus the impeccable example he lends to team-mates, prompted Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella to make Messi national team captain almost as soon as he took over.
From the evidence of the last two years, that arrangement has been to the benefit of both Messi and La Albiceleste.
Ronaldo, meanwhile, has been burdened with the reputation of being an egotistical player who likes to make the headlines himself.
While rather unfair, there is some reason behind that tag. In interviews, while his rival goes to great lengths to put the team above his own performances, the Portuguese star has no problem with highlighting if things went his way or not.
When they don't, Cristiano can look put-out, petulant and disinterested in what is unfolding before him on the pitch. Public displays of intransigence, such as the infamous "I am sad" outburst back in September 2012 as reported by the Guardian, have marked the striker as a man who looks out for No. 1.
Verdict: Messi

The Final Verdict
In some ways, Cristiano Ronaldo suffers from rotten luck. Strong, quick, deadly in front of goal and with the ability to do the spectacular and clean up from close in order to score, in most generations he would undoubtedly be lauded as a cut above the rest.
Unfortunately for him, he shares the credits and La Liga with Messi. Both the Argentine's talents and his humble approach put him slightly above the Madrid star and leave no doubt that he is the best player on the planet.
If you don’t mind please let me to know that who is the best player only for you, Please  sent me your decision and keep some news your favorite footballer. So……..don’t mind

I Met Ronaldo, But A Move Was Impossible

Cristiano Ronaldo
Vadim Vasilyev confirms the Ligue 1 club could never have sanctioned a bid for the attacker as they were negotiating with Atletico Madrid for Radamel Falcao
Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev has revealed he met with Cristiano Ronaldo in the spring - but insists they never attempted to negotiate a transfer.

Ronaldo was linked with the big-spending Ligue 2 champions earlier this year, as well as Paris Saint-Germain and former club Manchester United, before committing his future to Real Madrid by penning a new record-breaking contract earlier this week.

Vasilyev has now confirmed he met with the 28-year-old earlier this year but has stressed a move to Parc des Princes was never on the cards - especially given the club were negotiating a €60 million deal for Radamel Falcao at the time.

"We met in the spring but we didn't talk [about a move] because he was a Real Madrid player and at that stage he was already in the stage of negotiating for a new contract, while we were working on signing Falcao," Vasilyev told L'Equipe.

"We had to be realistic, because we could not have bought Falcao and Cristiano. Of course we would have loved to have had them both but we had already spent a lot of money and in the future we will have to invest less money in the team. We can't carry on spending and spending - we're going to spend less money and focus on our academy, which is one of the best in France."

Vasilyev also denied that Falcao has a clause in his contract which would allow him to leave the club to join Real Madrid.

"There is no clause that allows him to leave after the first year. It wouldn't make any sense to build a project around a player and then let him leave after the first season," he said.

Pele
(1Pele)I think the best footballer of soccer is pele. He is the could be said as the king of football he is the number 1 player in the world of football. His shots are marvelous shots in the world. There is no way to defeat him
He's the best that ever played. He moved like a jungle cat. No one had ever seen anyone play like that before. His skill at full speed was mezmorizing. His passing was as precise as a surgeon's scalpal, un-locking opposing defenses. Look at what the Brazilians did to Italy in the 1970 World Cup.
Lionel Messi
(2Lionel Messi) No one is nowhere near him.

Cristiano RonaldoHe should be be number 1. He took on the team of England all on his own in 1986 and made the most spectacular play I have ever seen La Mano De Dios, whoever put him in the 4 rank are terribly wrong. Watch La Mano De Dios on Youtube then tell me what you think of him. Maradona is simply the best in soccer history!
Why the hell he is in number 4... Come on people cheer up. Vote for the legend... THE GREATEST football magician...

(4Cristiano Ronaldo)Come on! He has the sweetest shot in the world and well does about everything! I mean, can messi ever jump over 6'3 defenders and send a powerful header? Can the likes of di stefano, pele etc. Score goals like he does and still have the rest of his attributes? The answer is... No
He is the perfect player, A complete package who can dribble, juggle, freekick, deadly crosses, long range efforts, never ending stamina, great accuracy with both feet, serious pace, his height which he can achieve when he jumps for the ball, perfect body shape, unforgettable free kicks and last but not the least he is from Portugal and unarguably he is the player they have ever produced and might not produce same again, his country of origin is not that famous as for pele, maradona, messi, ronaldhino and zidane but still he is now among them which means his will and hunger for goals and win is greater then any of em! I love his style!
I think the best football player is Cristiano Ronaldo. His transfer is the most expensive, he can jump, dribble and his free kick is magnificent. The PERFECT PLAYER.

(5Zinedine Zidane)I have seen god... He played for France with no 10 jersey...
Zinedine Zidane
Zidane has done very well in his moment and he left with his skills

The World Top 10 Football Players

Lionel Messi
(No 1)Lionel Messi: Messi is one one of the greatest footballer of the world. He is the mail player of the Argentina international football team. He is a striker, goalmaker. his called a great goal maker and funny name goal machine. He also played in Barcelona football team. Hardly surprising who is number one when you think of all he has achieved in a relatively short career so far. Messi is consistently rated as the best player in the world at present and one of the greatest of all time. There are many reasons why, when Messi plays well Barcelona plays well which often leads to the Catalan club being labelled as a one man team. Yes they do have other great players, but Messi has been the catalyst to the club's success both domestically and in Europe.
A four time Ballon d'Or winner, Messi has received the award on the last four occasions which is a record as well as being selected for the FIFA World XI for the last six years running.
Cristiano Ronaldo

(No 2)Cristiano Ronaldo:  He is another great footballer. He is the main player of Portugal international football team. He also played Manchester united, Real Madrid. Now He played on Real Madrd football team. The 28 year old's goal record for Spanish giants Real Madrid is nothing short of phenomenal.

Andres Iniesta(No 3)Andres Iniesta: The Spanish national team's key player is arguably the best midfielder in the world today. His goal against the Netherlands in the 2010 World Cup final cemented his place in the history books and at the end of last year he was voted third in the running for the Ballon d'Or, which was ultimately won by teammate Lionel Messi.
Iniesta has been considered as one of the greatest midfielders to ever play for the Catalan club and has been selected for the UEFA Team of the Year and the FIFA World XI the last four years in a row. He looks set to win his sixth La Liga title with Barcelona this season and was also named the player of the tournament in Spain's truimph at the European Championship last year.
Robin van Persie
(No 4)Robin van Persie: The Dutchman has picked up with Manchester United right where he left off with Arsenal. Last season's Premier League top scorer with 30 goals is on course to retain the golden boot with 25 goals this term. None were more dramatic than his hat-trick against Aston Villa as United won the league for a 20th time and with it, Van Persie won the first Premier League title of his career.
Following a controversial move from North London to Manchester in August last year, the striker scored his first goal at Old Trafford in 3-2 win over Fulham. Van Persie added some much needed class to the United attack and helped the club leapfrog rivals Manchester City at the Premier League's summit.

Xavi(No 5)Xavi: The pass master and the key to both Spain and Barcelona's recent success. Xavi is regarded as one of the best midfielders of his generation and maybe even of all time. Xavi is the orchestrator and makes the space which gives Lionel Messi the freedom to score goals at will. He has been selected in the UEFA team of the year five times in a row and has been as influential as always with Barcelona looking set to regain the La Liga title.
A one club man, Xavi has spent his entire career with Barcelona joining the Catalan club's first team in 1998. He has played more than 650 games for the side alongside the likes of Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto'o, Andres Iniesta, Patrick Kluivert and of course Lionel Messi. Xavi was at the peak of his powers when Pep Guardiola was managing the club and used the Spanish midfielder as a playmaker who created opportunities repeatedly for his team.
Radamel Falcao
(No 6)Radamel Falcao: Known as the king of the Europa League, Radamel Falcao is arguably the deadliest striker in the world at present. Having been listed for the FIFA XI team of 2012, Falcao has continued his great goal-scoring form this season with 32 goals from 36 appearances in all competitions. His goal to games ratio is outstanding particularly since his days with Porto as he won the Europa League with Portuguese side and was the top scorer with 17 goals in 14 games during that campaign.
No less impressive was his triumph in the same competition with current club, Atletico Madrid. Winning the Europa League following a 3-0 over domestic rivals, Athletic Bilbao, Falcao was once again top scorer with 12 goals which earned him his nickname.
Franck Ribery
(No 7)Franck Ribery: Possibly the best French player of his generation, Franck Ribery has been instrumental in helping Bayern Munich surge to the Bundesliga title and also the final of the Champions League at Wembley later this month. Known for his pace, energy, skill and accurate passing, the French winger has no doubt been one of the best players in the world over the last few years.
He doesn't grab the headlines like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but if Bayern are to lift the giant Champions League trophy come the 20th of May then they have a lot to thank Ribery for. He proved his class during his side's 7-0 aggregate win over Barcelona in the semi final of the competition. The likes of Andres Iniesta and Xavi could only watch as the Frenchman broke away at speed to create endless opportunities for his teammates which ultimately helped the German side earn a place in the final against domestic rivals Borussia Dortmund.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (No 8)Zlatan Ibrahimovic:  He may have had more clubs than Tiger Woods, but the Big Swede's record of winning trophies at every side he's played with makes him one of the most valuable players in the world right now. He looks set to win Ligue 1 with current club Paris St. Germain this season and is the top scorer in the league with 27 goals. Since joining Ajax in 2001, the striker has won the Eredivisie twice, the Serie A four times (three with Inter Milan, one with A.C. Milan) and La Liga once with Barcelona.
Gareth Bale (No 9)Gareth Bale: A couple of years ago, Tottenham considered selling Bale after early promise following signing from Southampton, he'd failed to live up to his potential. Now, the Welsh winger is considered the best player in the Premier League. He received the PFA Players Player of the Year award for the second time in his career as well as the PFA Young Player of the Year for his staggering performances for the London club this season. With constant speculation surrounding his future, it may not be long before we see Bale lining up for Barcelona or Real Madrid.
Robert Lewandowski(No 10)Robert Lewandowski: The Polish striker is one of the hottest properties in world football at the moment. His four goals against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi final first leg earned Borussia Dortmund a date with domestic rivals Bayern Munich at Wembley on the 20th of May to decide who will become the champions of Europe this season. With ten goals in the tournament this season, it's easy to see why some of the world's biggest clubs have Lewandowski on their radar.
